Happy Holidays from 3 WINS Fitness!

Don’t stop working on your hopes, dreams, and goals on count of the holiday season.

Our program is taking a break to give our staff time to recharge and make our program better for YOU!

But, we don’t want you to stop and detrain.

Your New Year, New You starts NOW!

No equipment necessary. Just you, a mat or towel, some water, and a smile!

Follow the program 3 days a week with at least 48 hours between workout sessions.

Enjoy and we will see you all back at the parks and churches on January 8, 2018!
